1、西安航空职业技术学院 毕业设计论文铜垫片倒装复合模设计【摘要】:随着模具的迅速发展,在现代工业生产中,模具已经成为生产各种工业产品不可缺少的重要工艺设备,为了提高学生在模具设计方面的能力,以满足社会的要求,学校安排了毕业设计,这次毕业设计是在学习完冲压模具设计、机械制图与AUTO CAD、工程材料等课程的基础上进行的,是对大学所学知识的一次综合应用,也是对我所学知识的回顾与检查。通过实例,我首先对冲压件进行了分析,分析该零件的尺寸精度得出用一般精度的模具即可满足零件精度的要求,再从零件的形状、尺寸标注及生产批量等情况看,选择了冲孔落料的方案。这里主要探讨的是根据工件自身的特点,设计中还要考虑到

2、它的实际工作环境和必须完成的设计任务。因为由模具生产的产品主要是成批生产,而且模具可以保证冲压产品的尺寸精度和产品质量,所以模具的设计与制造主要考虑到模具的设计能否满足工件的工艺性设计,能否加工出合格的零件,以及后来的维修和存放是否合理等。在本次设计冲孔落料复合模中,不仅要考虑使做出的零件能满足使用要求,还要保证模具的使用寿命。该冲裁模具还详细地叙述了模具成型零件包括上模架、凹模、凸模、凸模固定板、凸凹模固定板、上模架、下模架、卸料板、模柄等的设计,重要零件的工艺参数的选择与计算,推出机构以及其它结构的设计过程,其中里面也包括了:工艺分析,工艺方案的确定,冲孔落料工作部分,工艺设计,计算毛坯尺

3、寸,画排样图,计算冲压力,压力机的选择,计算压力中心,凸凹模刃口尺寸的计算,校核冲裁模工作部分,工艺计算冲裁件的毛坯尺寸计算,冲压力的计算,凸模与凹模的圆角半径,冲裁模中的凸凹模间隙凸、凹模工作尺寸,冲压设备的选择,模具的总体结构,主要零部件的设计及选择,模具制造装配要点等等。关键词:冲模;冲压工艺;模具设计Abstract: Along with the molding tools quick development, produce the inside, molding tool to have already become to produce the important craft

15、产业发展迅速。现代模具产业已向大型化、多功能、高精度的方向发展,模具技术含量不断提高,多功能复合模得到进一步的发展,热流道技术和模具标准件日益得到广泛的应用,同时大型精密复合模具比例不断提高,快速经济型模具前景十分广阔.我国模具产业也得到了较快的发展,九五期间年平均增速度约为13%,至2000年,我国模具总产值预计为260270亿元,模具行业结构也有了较大的改善,模具商业化程度提高了近10%,中高档模具占模具总量的比例有了明显提高。当今世界,工业正日益朝着批量化的方向发展.这样对冲压生产提出了自动化,智能化的要求;从而使模具向简单化、调试方便快速性方向发展,对生产人员要求的普遍性提高.同时伴随

16、生产还有许多的问题,比如噪音问题,生产的安全性问题,所有这些问题要获得真正有效的解决都离不开冲压生产设备,生产工艺方案的制订,生产人员的状况,生产现场的管理等;而最为重要的是模具设计与制造的能力的提高.展望未来,冲压生产还有许多可提高之处. 在经历了“十五”期间和“十一五”头两年高速发展(这七年间年均增长速度达18%)之后,由于受到国际金融危机影响,2008年下半年开始,中国模具工业发展速度己明显放缓,致使2008年全年模具总销售额与上年同比增长率跌进了个位数,只达到9.2%左右,总量约为950亿元左右。2009年,发展进一步受阻,预计全年的模具总销售额只能接近1000亿元,而很难突破,基本与去年持平或略有增长。国家GDP增长是保八争九,看来保八是有把握的,那么模具为什么达不到这个水平?这主要是国内外模具市场总体不够景气所致。国家4万亿元投资主要投向于基础设施建设和民生工程及改善民生等方面,GDP增加了,模具需求却基本没有增加或增加效应滞
