1、大班上学期工作总结 大班上学期工作总结 我班有幼儿54名，其中男孩 29名，女孩25名，1名幼儿是本学期的插班生，经过了中班一学年、以及大班上学期的生活、学习，幼儿在体、智、德、美诸方面都取得了较大的进步，但是由于孩子们来自不同的家庭，因此存在各自不同的性格特点，特别是有几位幼儿胆子小、内向，在活动中不敢大胆表现，针对这些情况，我班三位老师同心协力，共同制定适合本班幼儿的活动方案，为幼儿创设良好的师幼互动气氛，充分发挥幼儿在活动中的主动性和创造性，促进幼儿在原有水平上得到开展与提高。在我们共同努力下，我班的各项工作开展得丰富多彩，圆满完成领导交二、保育工作保教并重是幼儿园的根本原那么，工作中我
2、们将保育安全工作放在首位，严格执行幼儿园卫生保健制度、消毒制度等。每天我们都认真清扫室内外环境，严格执行消毒制度，幼儿园的茶杯、毛巾、桌椅每天都按时消毒擦洗。在疾病流行期间，紫外线每天消毒，每天观察记录幼儿的身体状况，发现异常幼儿立即隔离；同时我们还要求家长积极配合幼儿园，培养幼儿的卫生习惯。此外我们还注意培养幼儿良好的进餐习惯，我班幼儿的进餐良好，但有个别幼儿有挑食、偏食的坏习惯，我们积极引导教育，帮助幼儿慢慢克服这些不良习惯，现在每个幼儿都能独立进餐，不偏食、不挑食、不剩饭。同时还注重培养幼儿的生活自理能力以及安全保护意识，如：教幼儿穿脱衣服、系鞋带、整理玩具、文具，在保育工作中，我们同班
3、老师同心同德，做到保教不分家。三、教育教学工作在教育教学中，我们以幼儿园教育指导纲要、幼儿园教育规程为理论指导，尊重幼儿的人格和权利，面向全体，注重个体差异，各种教育手段交互运用，使每个幼儿在原有的根底上得到开展。1、健康方面 2、科学方面 在数学活动中幼儿学会了10以内的序数、单双数、相邻数、顺到数；学习了6以内数的分解和组成；学习了6以内的加减；学会了按图形找特征或按特征勾画图形；学习了正方体和长方体等。3、语言方面 4、艺术方面 拼音的教学也是有条不紊的进行，积极创设学习的气氛，不断采用新颖、生动的教学方法，激发幼儿的学习兴趣，并鼓励幼儿在日常生活中大胆的说。四、家长工作我们非常重视家园
4、联系工作，平时通过与家长交流、家园联系栏、家教咨询等形式与家长沟通，在幼儿生病缺席期间，主动上门探望，缩短家长与老师之间的距离。本学期，我们的家园栏增设了艺术家园栏，开辟音乐欣赏的栏目，向家长介绍我园的特色教学的一些情况。“家长走进课堂的教学活动，让家长了解幼儿园教学活动的特点，了解如何让幼儿自主学习的方法，了解我园教学方法的特点，家长对活动非常的赞赏。五、其他方面本学期我班积极参加园内的各项活动，具体完成的工作情况如下：1、布置教室内外，做好开学初的准备工作，完成教学方案的内容。2、积极参加园内组织的大班汇操比赛，每个幼儿都有了出色的表现。3、随着季节的变化，开展“愉快的暑假、“我眼中的世界
5、国庆见闻、“金色秋天等主题活动。4、开展种植活动，丰富自然角，引导幼儿做好种子发芽、植物生长的观察记录。5、圆满完成了对家长开放教学活动的任务。6、创设“艺术家园栏，有方案地向家长介绍宣传我园日特殊教学活动。7、在新年即将来临前，增设“新年寄语栏目，组织家长对幼儿提出温馨的新年期望。8、幼儿用手工制作的作品装饰教室，排练节目，开展“庆祝元旦活动。9、园内的家园栏、作业栏比赛。10、园的幼儿冬季锻炼跳绳比赛，每位幼儿都能积极参加，做到面向全体幼儿。11、参加全园的舞蹈律动比赛。12、圆满完成学期末的各项检查工作。rural grassroots cadres, plans to train 10
