1、5导购薪资方案红袖旗舰店超级店长薪水方案/6一、超级店长薪水构成：基本薪水+补助+全勤+提成职位基本薪水餐补全勤奖合计超级店长3000180503230注：每个月180元/月饭贴，少勤/告假扣除当天饭贴6元/天，新员工饭贴依据6元/天计算。二、提成：职位全店销售完成率（月销售30万）提成80%81%-90%91%-100%100%以上店长无1.4%1.9%2.3%三、其余奖励：1每个月商店完成指标的100%，每人获取200元的团队奖励。2商店连续3个月完成指标的100%，店长奖励600元，商店奖励400元作为商店活动经费。3完成整年指标100%商店，全体员工可安排一次3日带薪游；超出整年指标的
2、130%，可带家属1人安排一次带薪3日游。（员工需工作满一年以上方可享受）4冲关奖励：冲关10000/日，奖励50元/次。（大型活动除外）四、养老保险依据劳动保障缴纳，个人部分自己缴纳，每个月从薪水上扣除。如个人坚持要求不缴纳，公司不做现金赔偿。五、处罚：当月每出现一次少于2500元/日，处罚15元/次七、裁减体系连续3个月未完成商店基础指标的80%或出现一次做假帐。导购薪水方案一、导购薪水构成：基本薪水+补助+全勤+提成导购薪水收入的构成：基本底薪+月度要点单品提成+基本提成+加班费+全勤奖+特别奖金+扣除。职位基本底薪基本提成月度要点加班费全勤奖特别奖金扣除合计单品提成5元/时导购800-

4、000/日，当班者奖励20元/人。（大型活动除外）3大单奖单笔销售金额200-300元，奖励1元/人单笔销售金额300-400元，奖励2元/人单笔销售金额400-500元，奖励3元/人单笔销售金额500以上，奖励5元/人四、销售任务1每个月销售任务商店员工均分2若有新进员工，任务店长视状况核查指标，无论该员工能否在15日以前到店，此指标不计算在商店任务内。无论是1号到店和30号到店新员工到店第一个月没有销售奖金。但可以恩赐必定的核查指标。3月中若有人员告假/离职。空余销售任务应重新均匀分配。4月初宣告的销售任务后，店长可余15日内申请加任务。5新员工第二个月开始计提全额销售。七、裁减体系Whe
