8、 are .”或“Those are .”。【注意】（1）在打电话时，常用“This is .”表示“我是”而不用“I am .”。（2）This is不可以用缩写形式。4.Those are my parents.那是我的父亲母亲。（教材第11页）（1）parents意为“父亲母亲亲”，等于father and mother。【拓展】parent父亲或母亲，等于father or mother。（2）parents是parent的复数形式。在英语中，名词可分为可数名词和不行数名词，可数名词有单数和复数之分，表示单调数目的人或物用单数形式，表示两个或两个以上的人或物要用复数形式。不行数名词没有
