4、学英语教学反思英语学习、英语教学越来越受到人们的普遍重视。随着时代的发展和社会的进步,英语已变成了一种思想,一种知识库。小学英语教学不应该只满足于对单词、句型的解释,那样只会使教学内容平淡、课堂气氛沉闷,使学生不能全身心地投入到英语学习中来,使他们原有的兴趣和信心很快丧失。作为一名小学英语教师,如何在现在的岗位上发光发热,如何让学生在有限的课堂时间里学好英语这门语言,教育教学中有太多的东西值得我们去深思,去探索。我从日常工作中的点点滴滴,总结以下几点反思:一、努力积极培养学生的学习兴趣。小学英语教学是要重视培养兴趣,这就要求我们的英语课教学不能一味地灌输语言知识,而应是通过不断地改进教学方法,组织开展丰富有趣的游戏活动,寓知识于游戏中,让学生在听听说说、看看读读、蹦蹦跳跳、唱唱玩玩中兴趣盎然地学习英语:让学生在愉快、和谐的气氛中主动获取知识,陶冶情操,发展智力,培养能力。因此,在日常的教育教学工作中,我不断地进行摸索和探究,努力培养小学生的英语学习兴趣,使他们想学,爱学,乐学。二、用英语组织教学,创设使用英语的环境。我在英语教学过程中尽可能少地说汉语,而是通过手势、眼神、动作、音调等辅助手段来组织教学。用英语组织教学能增加学生的语言实践机会,创设英语氛围,培养学生直接用英语思维、表达的习惯。
