1、含氯化胆碱的矮壮素对冬小麦株高和产量的影响Title: Effects of Choline Chloride-Stunted Growth Hormone on Winter Wheat Height and YieldIntroduction: Winter wheat (Triticum aestivum) is one of the most important cereal crops in the world, providing a significant source of food for human consumption and animal feed. However,

2、 due to various factors such as climate change, nutrient imbalance, and pests and diseases, wheat yield and quality have been declining in recent years. Therefore, it is essential to find effective measures to improve wheat growth and productivity. In this study, we investigated the effects of choli

3、ne chloride-stunted growth hormone on winter wheat height and yield.Materials and Methods: A field experiment was conducted in the winter wheat production regions of Shandong Province, China. The winter wheat cultivar Yumai 34 was used as the experimental material, and two growth regulators (choline

4、 chloride and stunted growth hormone) were applied at different concentrations. The experiment was arranged in a randomized complete block design with four replications. The data on wheat height, yield, and yield components (spike number, grain number per spike, and thousand-grain weight) were colle

5、cted and analyzed.Results: The results showed that the application of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone significantly reduced the winter wheat height, with a maximum decline of 18.3% at a concentration of 100 mg/L. However, the wheat yield was significantly increased, with a maximum increase o

6、f 12.8% at a concentration of 50 mg/L. The yield components of spike number, grain number per spike, and thousand-grain weight also had varying degrees of positive responses to the application of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone.Discussion: Choline chloride is a quaternary ammonium salt that

7、plays an essential role in plant growth and development. It can regulate the absorption and transportation of nutrients, activate plant enzymes, and improve plant stress tolerance. Stunted growth hormone, as a plant growth inhibitor, can inhibit the elongation of plant cells, promote the development

8、 of lateral buds, and improve the utilization efficiency of nutrients. The application of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone can promote the formation of more grains per unit area, increase the yield, and improve the quality of winter wheat.Conclusion: In summary, the study found that the appli

9、cation of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone can effectively increase the yield of winter wheat while reducing plant height. Therefore, it is a promising measure for improving wheat production and quality in the future. However, further research is needed to determine the optimal concentration

10、and application mode of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone for different wheat cultivars and growth stages.In addition, the study also found that the effects of choline chloride-stunted growth hormone on winter wheat yield and height were concentration-dependent. The optimal concentration for i

11、ncreasing yield was found to be 50 mg/L, while higher concentrations (100-200 mg/L) resulted in reduced plant height and could potentially lead to lodging, which would negatively impact yield.Moreover, the positive effects of the choline chloride-stunted growth hormone on winter wheat yield and qual

12、ity could also have implications for sustainable agriculture. By improving the yield and quality of winter wheat, farmers may be able to reduce the amount of land required for cultivation, leading to reduced pressure on natural resources and increased food security.Overall, the findings of this stud

13、y suggest that choline chloride-stunted growth hormone could be a promising and sustainable measure to improve winter wheat growth and productivity. Further investigations are needed to determine the optimal application mode and timing, as well as testing the effects on other crops under various env

14、ironmental conditions. By continuing to explore the potential of growth regulators like choline chloride-stunted growth hormone, we may be able to improve the global food supply and promote sustainable agricultural practices.In addition to its potential benefits in winter wheat cultivation, choline
