12、ment is relationship China development global of one deep change, according to new development concept do job; (6) practice line Socialist core values, promote Socialist thought moral and Chinese traditional virtue见习报告这次是学校给我们安排的为期一周的实习，对于从来没有工作经验的我来说很是新奇。经过多次沟通考察，我选定了合晟设计公司作为我的实习地点。这家设计公司主要承接的项目有品牌
13、设计、包装设计和整合等一系列。这次事件的目的我想主要是熟练专业技能，感受工作环境，把平时学到的知识运用到实际工作中，了解艺术设计机构及其部门，日常业务活动，并能学习一些为人处世已经今后工作中与同事领导和客户沟通交流的能力，为日后进入社会做好准备，也通过这次考察意识到自己学习领域的不足让自己可以在今后的专业课程学习中更加明确努力方向。通过这一个星期的工作时间，基本的了解了公司的设计流程，首先是客户提出要求，然后设计主管根据客户的需求程度，结合几位设计师的特点，分配给他们任务，尽量可以发挥出每个设计师的优点，让设计做到尽量让客户满意，而有的客户会盯着设计师把设计任务做完，在这种情况下基本上是按照客
14、户的意愿做出来的。在短短的一周时间里，在做项目的过程中体会到软件操作的重要性和软件运用的熟练程度。在工作室里并不像在学校老师让我们在做作业的时候有足够的时间去慢慢想，慢慢完成，在工作室的要求还是挺严的，尤其在时间的限制上，因为客户给的时间是有限的。短短的一周，我对平面设计有了更深的感受和认识。设计的实用性是很重要的，它是一种良好的沟通方式。而设计师应该和客户紧密相连，与设计团队共同收集客户的反馈意见，反反过来说，实践了“外部”从“内部”而来，“内部”又源于“外部”。我们的作品，尤其是出现在公共场合的作品是不可能不被人看到的。无论它是对是错，都不可能不看到它，而这也是我们设计的责任所在。就这一点
15、而言，我觉得各学科之间的交流是非常重要的。例如：平面设计师要用图形的方式与公众沟通时，就需要向建筑设计师、城市设计师、社会学家和工业设计师示设计方案。然而，我们的设计应将人放在首位，为城市和环境考虑，对新文化有所贡献，用一种新的美学感觉和对人们的尊重来从事设计。而且，实习还让我了解了平面排版的整个流程，并熟悉了平面排版的软件。其实无论是画册设计还是报纸排版或是广告设计，ps的图片功能都是无比强大的，在做版头、报眉、刊头的时候都会用到ps。所以无论如何ps的所有功能我都必须非常熟悉，这样在做效果时就会很轻松。要把平面设计里的一些设计构思与板式设计结合在一起，这是我实习的最大目的。毕竟我是学平面设
16、计的光是一个小小的排版难不倒我，而真正使报纸具有可观赏价值才是我应该思考和学习的。我看过许多城市的报纸，广州、上海、重庆的都做得不错，有许多东西都可以借鉴，包括网页设计中许多的构图都是可以参考的。总之设计就是再构思、组合的一个过程。可以有一些自己设计的版面出版。这样也为我以后打下一点基础。我去的时候他们正好在做尚康牡丹酥的包装设计，他们接到这个方案以后首先做的就是和客户沟通，就像老师讲的，先确定这个产品的定位，是针对那种消费水平，哪个人群的，然后是要了解他们对包装经费上的要求并了解产品的背景等等。第二步就是市场调研，崔老师告诉我市场调研的设计之前必须的一个重要环节，设计师只有通过市场调研才能对产品从总体上把握，制定出合理的设计方案。这次的市场调研我也参与到了其中，这包括了解产品的市场需求和对路人的问卷调查，从而设计出最合适这个品牌的方案。这些都做完以后就要开始画草图设计包装了。这中间也少不了一次一次和客户的沟通。这点是让我在这次实习中印象最深刻的，我觉得作为一个设计师工作能力和学
