1、五年级下册 Unit 8 Birthdays淮安市新安小学 于振爱教学内容：五年级下册 Unit 8 Birthdays Story time 教学目标：1. 能听懂、会读、会说单词：eleventh, eighth, together, play games.2. 能听懂、会读、会说日常用语：Whens your birthday? What do you do on your birthday? 及回答Its on I usually.3. 能正确的理解并朗读课文，在教师的引导和帮助下尝试复述课文内容。4. 能了解中西方文化中不同的生日风俗习惯。教学重点：1. 能正确理解并朗读课文，在教师
2、的帮助下尝试复述课文。2. 能初步运用本课所学的词汇和句型询问别人的生日以及如何过生日。教学难点：日期的表达法。教材分析：本板块通过Miss Li询问Su Hai, Mike的生日，他们分别描述生日当天的情形学习句型：Whens your birthday? What do you do on your birthday? 及回答Its on I usually并通过此板块学习新词组：have a big dinner, eat some noodles, play with Kitty, have a party, buy a birthday cake, eat the birthday
3、cake, play some games, have a great time, have a lot of fun.教学准备：PPT课件、板书等。教学过程：Step 1 Warming upGreetings【设计意图】简单地打招呼后，直接进入主题。Step 2 Presentation1. Its me. T: Look, its me. My English name is Amy. And my birthday is on the first of April. This is the first of April, and this is the second of April.
4、 How do we say it? (引导学生说出四月三日) Can you circle the eighth of April? (引导学生猜eighth 的意思，并学习单词eighth，及词组the eighth of April)T: （课件出示五月份的日历）I think, May is the most important month of a year.
