2、icemakesresidenceinvestigationandcheck,thehouseholderoranyoneofthefamilymembersshallbringforthonhis/herowninitiativetheHouseholdRegister. 2.TheHouseholdRegistershallbeunderproperkeepofthehouseholder.Noalter,transferandleaseisallowed.ThelossoftheHouseholdRegistermustbereportedtothehouseholdregistrati
3、onofficepromptly. 3.OnlythehouseholdregistrationofficehasthepowertomakeregistrationontheHouseholdRegister.Noanyotherunitsandindividualsareallowedtomakeanyrecordsonit. 4.AnyincreaseordecreaseoffamilymembersinthehouseholdoranyalterationoftheregistrationitemsshallberegisteredontheHouseholdRegisterbyrep
