1、宝宝夏日饮食4注意对于很多孩子来说,在一年四季中,最难过的便是夏天。高温炎热本身就是一种“逆境”,高温使得消化液分泌减少,消化能力下降,而营养素和水分的大量损失,加重了食欲不振、四肢乏力的感觉。幼儿的体温调节能力较成年人差,代谢速度又快,身体对水分和营养素的缺乏更为敏感,“苦夏”现象往往更为明显。因此,很多宝宝在夏季明显地变瘦,甚至精神不振,抵抗力下降。为了让宝宝健康过夏,日常饮食调理很重要。1.吃水果、喝粥汤幼儿体内70%80%由水分构成,按体重计算,需水量是成年人的3倍左右,所以在夏季一定要供给孩子足够多的含水分食品。各种新鲜时令水果都含有丰富的矿物质,具有较好的解暑作用。应当鼓励宝宝吃水
