4、；第二章规定法定代表人的身份证明格式；第三章阐述了授权委托书的内容和格式；第四章的内容包括投标报价编制说明、单位工程造价汇总表、分部分项工程量清单计价表、措施项目清单报价表（一）、措施项目清单计价表(二)、规费与税金清单报价表、措施项目费分析表、主要材料价格表、清单综合单价分析表等内容；第五章是工程量清单的具体内容，其中包括清单编制说明、分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单（一）、措施项目清单（二）、其他项目清单、零星工作项目表、规费和税金清单等内容。本次毕业设计的工程是桃园镇医院医技综合楼工程，建设地点：宿州市桃园镇；建筑面积：6146m2；建筑结构：框架结构；层数：6层。该投标文件包括工程量的
