1、说起来我也是学纺织专业毕业的. 可是学校里学的那些工式真是太多太繁. 前几天,我们公司的老师傅告诉我一个算面料克重的工式,我如获至宝. 拿出来与大家分享: 1.百米织物坯布用纱量A 经纱(千克/百米):经密(根/英寸)*0.06464*坯布门幅(英寸)/经向纱支(支) 纬纱(千克/百米):纬密(根/英寸)*0.06464*坯布门幅(英寸)/纬向纱支(支) 其中:57/58的成品布,坯布按63计算. 43/44的成品布,坯布按48计算. 2.成品克重B: A*1000/100/成品门幅*(1-损耗)=克/平方米其中:损耗为5-8%. 都是经验工式,供大家参考.不过我们一直都在用. 5、rking with customer for bulk fabric approval.6. Communicate with customer and HK head office. College degree or above preferably major in textile, garment, or related field; Over 5 years ex
