5、ision, tools, construction equipment, consumable materials, services, testing devices, testing, warehousing, construction, inspection, flush, anti-rust, painting, insulation, commissioning and acceptance by local authorities/client, and quality assurance of general plot plan/civil/architecture & u/p
6、 utility facilities in the following units, hereinafter called the Works.除非特别说明，承包商应提供，但不限于总图/土建/建筑和地下设施的所有的材料、足够的劳力、管理、工具、施工设施（含脚手架）、耗材、维修、检验装置、检验试验、仓库保管、施工、冲洗、除锈、涂 漆、保温、调试和当地政府部门 /业主验收以及质量保证。Acting as Construction Contractor of the said project, contractor should fulfill all the obligations that m
7、ay be required by local, national related codes/regulations, especially for all the necessary permits in project stage, final inspection and acceptance application, necessary coordination with local authorities. The application fee and/or other required inspection fee should be included in subcontra
8、ctor s proposal. Theservice shall include, but not limited to, local registration, providing all necessary certificates, licenses required and chopped on all related document. Coordinate with other subcontractors for turn over documentation and construction/installation record.Compile the necessary
9、information and documents as an integrated package for whole project on the name of General Contractor for project stage and final acceptance.作为本工程的施工承包商，承包商应按照当地或国家相关标准/规范履行所有的责任，特别是施工阶段所有必要的最终检验验收申请，与当地政府部门的协调等。申请的费用和/或需要的其它检验费应含在承包商的报价中。服务应包括，但不限于：在当地注册，提供所有必要的证书，执照并在相关文件上盖章。协调其他分包商提交文件和施工/安装 报告。

The works shall include all civil/structure construction, such as but not limited to excavation and backfilling, compaction, cushion making up, protection, foundations and e
11、mbedded material, trench and ditch, ducts, columns and beams, slabs, grouting, stairs and ladders, handrail, cover sheet such as grating or check plate, openings and equipment support, platforms, canopy, sumps, pipe rack and supports, embedded material such as conduits/sleeves/plates/bolts etc., ant
