It has the biggest screens. 它有最大的屏幕。【解读】句中biggest 是big的最高级。形容词的最高级用于三者或三者以上的比较。 最高级的前面一般要加定冠词the, 后面可带of/in短语来说明比较的范围。【举例】（1）Its the most expensive car in the world. 它是世界上最昂贵的汽车。（2）Whose drawing is the best of all? 在所有的人当中谁的画最好？【拓展】形容词和副词的最高级的构成方法是：（1）规则变化1）单
4、音节词和部分双音节词的变化规则：（A）一般在词尾加est。如：talltallest, longlongest。（B）以不发音的字母 e 结尾的单词，直接加st。如：largelargest。(C) 以“辅音字母+y”结尾的单词，则将y改为 i 再加-est。如：healthyhealthiest。 (D) 以重读闭音节结尾，且末尾只有一个辅音字母的，则双写最后一个辅音字母，再加-est。如：big- biggest, thinthinnest。2) 多音节以及某些双音节形容词或副词变为最高级时，则通常在其前加most。如：slowlymost slowly, beautifulmost be
5、autiful。(2) 不规则变化有些形容词和副词变最高级时是不规则的。如：good/well best, many/much most, bad/badly/ill worst, little least, oldoldest/eldest, far farthest(furthest)。【举例】(1) I am the thinnest of us three. 我是我们三个中最瘦的。（2）My mother is the busiest in my family. 我妈妈是我家里最忙的人。（3）Which bag has the most rice, the first, the sec
