4、。学校有中国科学院、中国工程院院士共计11人。中国农业大学国际农业培训中心设备齐全，具有优秀的项目管理团队。中心自成立以来共举办各类农业技术培训班65期，为国内培训高技术农业人才近3000人；此外中国农业大学还举办援外国际培训班28期，先后培训了682名来自世界95个发展中国家和地区的政府官员、教师和农业技术人员。多年来的援外培训工作为发展中国家培训了一批高级农业技术与管理人才, 同时促进了中国先进的农业技术推广应用，并增进了中国与发展中国家的友谊与经济技术合作。项目内容介 绍本期研修班包括专题讲座、外地参观考察两部分。研修班专题讲座将向发展中国家从事农业灌溉的管理、教学及科研人员介绍中国传统
5、文化与中国的基本国情、中国与国际灌溉发展概况与灌溉管理经验、农业用水政策、农业灌溉用水管理模式、流域水土资源管理、灌区工程管理和维护、灌溉工程的计划管理、项目管理及评估（环境、生态影响评价）、中国典型灌溉系统的建设、运行与管理、灌溉与粮食安全和农村发展等。研修班官员还将参观考察历史悠久闻名遐迩的，位于中国内蒙古自治区巴彦淖尔盟南部的河套灌区及其周边灌溉发展状况，与河套灌区管理局、地方政府官员、灌溉管理专家座谈，并参观相关实验站点。Project DescriptionNameSeminar on Agricultural Irrigation Management for Developing
