1、空分空压专业操作指令1. Please control the liquid level well.控制好液位。2. Preheat the lubricant oil and start the compressor.预热润滑油并启动空压机.3. Inform electrician to switch on.通知电工送电。4. Connect the industry air into the instrument air.把工业风串入仪表风。5. Connect the low pressur nitrogen gas into the high pressure nitrogen ga
2、s.把低压氮串入高压氮管线。6. Check the lubricant oil level and pressure.检查润滑油油位和压力。7. Check if the compressors lubricant is in normal or not.检查压缩机润滑是否正常。8. Open the inlet and outlet valve of circulating water.打开循环水进出水阀。9. Turn on the lubricant oil heater.打开润滑油加热器。10. Start the conpressor K2504A and upload.启动压缩机
3、K2504A并加载。11. Open the vent valve of high pressure nitrogen pipe a bit.把高压氮管线上的放空阀打开一点。12. Turn on lubricant oil heater of the refrigerating-dryer .After the high pressure of coolant become normal,start the dryer.打开冷干机油加热器，等制冷剂高压正常后，启动冷干机。13. Turn on the anti-sandstorm fan of compressors.启动压缩机防沙暴风机。
4、14. Take a look the pressure resistance of the compressors inlet.看看压缩机入口阻力。15. Take a look the air temperature of the compressors inlet.看看压缩机入口温度。16. Drain the condensated water of compressor by hand valve.手动排放压缩机冷凝水。17. Low oil pressure /temperature alarm.低油压油温报警。18. 1st/2nd/3rdstage vibration high
5、 alarm/trip.1级2级3级振动高报联锁。19. Phase A/B/C of compressor motor high temperature trip.压缩机电机A/B/C相高温联锁.20. Turn on/off the light/lamp.打开/关掉照明灯。21. Safety first.安全第一。22. Inspect and take over the shift.All the equipment are in normal condition.接班检查。运行设备运转正常。23. Stand-by equipment are ready.备用设备完好。24. The
6、 fractional column is in good operation condition.分馏塔工况良好。25. Tour inspection. 巡检。26. Vent helium gas and neon gas.氦氖气吹除。27. Drain the condensated water from the refrigerating-dryer D2508A and D2508C by hand valve.手动排放冷干机D2508AC的冷凝水。28. Adjust the pressure of liquid nitrogen tank NO.1.调节1液氮罐压力。29. D
7、rain the liquid air out from the column.排放塔内液体。30. Clean the floor and all the machines.打扫设备及地面卫生。31. Change the filters of the compressors inlet and clean them by water.更换压缩机进口过滤器并清洗之。32. liquid nitrogen is being filled into liquid nitrogen tank NO.1,liquid nitrogen tank NO.2 is stand-by.1液氮罐充液，2备用
8、。33. Inspect and hand over.交班检查。34. Switch the equipment and write down the record clearly.切换设备并把记录做清楚。35. Open the inlet and outlet valve ,returning gas valve of the liquid nitrogen pump in order to let the pump and pipe frost completely 。打开液氮泵进出口、气体回流阀，让泵体和管线完全结霜.36. After the liquid nitrogen pump
9、 and pipe become cold complete, close the outlet valve and start the liquid nitrogen pump.等液氮泵及管线冷透，关闭液氮泵出口阀，启动液氮泵。37. Pay more attention to the vibration of compressor.多注意压缩机的振动。38. Increase/decrease the expander speed by adjusting control valve.通过调节控制阀，增加减少膨胀机的转速。39. Adjust the speed and expanding
10、 quantity of expander by adjusting the opening percentage of nozzle.调节膨胀机喷嘴开度，以便调节其转速和膨胀量。40. Dont let the over-pressure happen in the column and condensate-evaporator.不可让分馏塔和冷凝蒸发器超压。41. Open the vent valve of product pipe and close the outlet valve to customer.打开产品管线上的放空阀，全关送出阀。42. Check the bearin
11、g gas pressure and adjust it above 0.55Mpa.before start expander.启动膨胀机前，检查轴承气压力，调节至0.55Mpa以上。43. Start the expander and cooperate with panel operator to open the outlet and inlet valve step by step.启动膨胀机并与主操配合逐步打开进、出口阀。44. Check the pressure gauge and thermometer on site.If some of them are out of w
12、orking,change new one immediately.检查现场压力表和温度表，如果有损坏的，立刻更换新的。45. Shut down the compressor and keep the auxiliary oil pump running for at least one hour.停压缩机，保持辅油泵运1小时。46. Telephone dispatch center and tell them wa are going to start up compressor K2504*.打电话告诉调度我们要开压缩机K2504*。47. Call electrician/instr
13、ument staff/machanical staff to come our unit 25 and take a look.There is problem on site.联系电工仪表工机修来看看，现场有问题。48. Supply the customer nitrogen gas from liquid nitrogen tank.用液氮罐向用户供氮气。49. Start the screw compressor K2501 quickly to keep the pressure of instrument pipe net.立刻启动螺杆压缩机K2501，保持管网仪表风压力。50. Switch compressor from K2501/K2504# to K2504*,keep the air system pressure stable.把压缩机由K2501或者K2504#切换到K2504*，保证系统风压稳定。
