1、Configurable MaterialA material that can have different variants.For example, a car can have different paint, trim, and engines.Configurable materials have a super bill of material (BOM) that contains all the components for producing every variant of the material. Similarly, they have a super task l
2、ist that contains all the operations. When a material is configured, only the components and operations needed for a variant are selectedSTEP1. Create Characteristic (CT04) 上述建立了特征ZPC_LCD(主机)包含3个特征值LCD1,LCD2,LCD3.同样地,建立特征ZPC_CPU包含特征值CPU1,CPU2,CPU3.STEP2. Create Class (CL01/CL02/CL03) 建立类目ZTEST_NB，将特
3、征值ZPC_CPU,ZPC_LCD定制到Class中。STEP3. 5、CS01)Create Dependency:选中Items,点击图标，不要双击”OD”，已达到效果。命名新Dependency，点击”Dependency editor”$ROOT.ZPC_CPU = CPU2, 将BOM中的items component “CPU00000002” 和 特征(Characteristic) ZPC_CPU 的特征值”CPU2” 作了连接.相应的把所有的item components的Dependency全部建立完成后,一个超级BOM就建立好了.此处为建立Super BOM的关键。STEP5. Create Configurable Profile(CU41
6、)命名新的prof.name，指定Class 300,保存即可 。STEP6. Create A F/G Material (Sales Part)TCode: MM01Material Type: Finished Product,此处的Material Type特别留意是使用F/G这里特别需要指出的几个Material Master Data View的建立:a) Basic Data 2Client-specific configuration中的”Cross-plant CM”栏位,必须放入其想要复制的Configurable Material .即我们之前建立的F/G Module
7、”1FG00000001”b) Classification这里需要指定使用到的类目,即之前建立的ZTEST_NB,并选择特征值(CPU,LCD等). Configurable Material的可配置性也在这里表现. 这里1FG000000002选择的Characteristics: CPU = 700 , LCD = 15 in . 对应特征值(Characteristics Value) 分别是ZPC_CPU的CPU1,和ZPC_LCD的LCD1. 而在建立Super BOM的时候,已在Dependency中将ZPC_CPU的 CPU1同”CPU00000001”ZPC_LCD中的LCD
8、1同”LCD00000001” 作了连接. c) MRP3 ViewMRP3 View中,点击”Copy X-plant configuration”, 系统提示”General configurable material with configuration value assignment copied” 后即完成configurable material属性的复制.STEP7.Create Link to configurable material(CS40)点击”All Assignments to BOM” ,系统根据你在复制的Configurable material中选择的Characteristics Value 以及Super BOM的Dependency连接到下阶料,而不需使用”CS01”建立BOM.SETP8. Display BOM(CS12/CS13)这样建立的BOM只能使用CS12/CS13查询,而不能使用CS02/CS03可以看到1FG00000002/1FG00000003, 由于选择了不同的Characteristics Value,所以BOM的结构也不同.2009/1/13 1 / 12
