All my new friends are polite. 我所有的朋友都很礼貌。all 在此用作形容词,意思是“所有的、全部的”,后面接名词复数。如:All my teachers are Chinese. 我

3、所有的老师都是中国人。all 还可以用做副词,意思是“完全、都”。如:They are all right. 他们都是对的。4. She is from England. She is English. 她来自于英国。她是英国人。be from 意为“来自”或者 “是人”。 England是国家的名字,而English这里是形容词,表示国籍。5. Let me have a look. 让我看一看。6 .Do you know this boy, Peter? 你认识这个男孩吗,彼得?7Look at them. 看他们。look at 意为“看”,是固定动词词组,后面可接名词或代词。如果跟人

4、称代词,就要跟其宾格形式。如:Please look at the photo of my family. 请看我的全家福。Look at them. (这儿them是they的宾格形式)8be动词的用法总结be动词的用法,是本单元的重点。它随着人称的变化而变化,be的意思相当于汉语中的“是”,其用法有以下规律:(1)系动词be的变化有am, is 和are;(2)I接am, you接are, he/ she/it接is;如:I am Nick. 我是尼克。Youre a student. 你是名学生。He is Jim. 他是吉姆。单数后面用is,复数后面用are。如:My name is
