Con tract Price3.

7、the Seller a prepayment amount equal to 20% of the Con tract Price, i.e. Rmb.4.3钢结构制造完成后，并经买方验收后五个工作日内，买方应付予卖方合同 总价之60%,即人民币元。Within 5 worki ng days after the manu facture of the Metal Buildi ng System has been completed and the Buyer has accepted the Metal Building System, the Buyer shall pay to th
8、e Seller 60% of the Con tract Price, i.e. Rmb.4.4买方支付卖方的所有款项均以银行汇票或电汇方式汇至卖方指定在中信实 业银行南京西路分理处虹桥分理处所开之帐号，号码086861-1022402056Q所有付款日期均以卖方收款之银行收款凭证日期为准。如买方逾期五天付 款!须从第六天起按日支付该笔逾期款项0.1%的滞纳金。若买方之逾期付款超过应付款日三十天后，卖方有权单方面取消整个合同，并没收买方已支付之定金、预付款和其他款项作为赔偿。若该笔款项不足弥补卖方之损失，则买方还需就不足部分支付赔偿金。All payme nts to be made by

If the Buyers payment is late for more than 30days, the Seller has a right to un laterally termi nate this Con tract and forfeit
11、 thedeposit, prepayme nt and any other sums as compe nsati on .If such sums are notsufficient to compensate the Seller osses, the sBuyer shall pay the Seller theamount of such deficie ncy.第五条设计、制造进度及期限Article5. Progress and Time Limit on Design and Manufacture5.1卖方收到定金后四周内，应向买方提供设计所需的反力图及地脚螺栓布置图。买方应
12、尽快将以上资料提交负责设计地基和基础的设计院。有关设计院的所有费用（包括图签费用）均由买方承担With in four weeks after it received the deposit, the Seller shall provide to theBuyer the reacti on draw ings and the draw ings for the placeme nt of the an chorbolts required for the desig n of the Metal Build ing System. The Buyer shall givethis info
13、rmation to the design institute responsible for the design of thefoun dati on as soon as possible. All costs related to the desig n in stitute (in cludingthe cost of sig ning the draw in gs) shall be borne by the Buyer.5.2收到预付款后周，卖方应完成钢结构制造并通知买方派员到卖方工厂进行交货发运前检验Withinweeks after it received the prepa
14、yment, the Seller shall complete themanufacture of the Metal Building System and notify the Buyer to send itsreprese ntative to the Sellers plant to inspect the goods before theirdelivery andshipme nt.5.3买方验收后已付卖方第4.3条货款后一周内，卖方应将产品运至工地现场With in one week after the Buyer has in spected and accepted th
15、e goods andpaid Seller the amount set forth in article 4.3 hereof, the Seller shall have thegoods shipped to the Site.5.4买方若要求变更钢结构规格或设计，应以书面方式通知卖方，卖方在可能的情况下尽量满足买方要求，但卖方可视增加之工时和材料调整本合同价格及期限，经买卖双方同意后才生效。所有钢结构规格或设计之变更，若因买方未能于两天内签置卖方所提供的有关确认文件，均视为买方取消变更要求，回复原本规格或设计。如因此而造成钢结构设计或制造之延误,则买方须承担一切责任。Should the Buyer request any changes to the specifications or design of theMetal Building System, it shall notify the seller in writing.
