Enclosed are their survey report and some photos taken of the rollers, which evidence that six of out of the 50 are rusted.Our exports are of the opinion that the rust was not scoured off completely before the machines were electroplated. As a result the c

3、hrome coating would certainly not hold.This mishap has put us in no small trouble because the machines are being installed right now, the test run is scheduled for late next month, and then they will be put into regular service.
