1、 酒店财务部年度工作总结报告 酒店财务部年度工作总结报告 201*年财务部工作总结 （一）201*主要开展的工作（1）收银工作 A、组织收银员等一线员工参与商务礼仪培训，并在中餐站点推行班前会制度，在班前会上检查员工仪容仪表，夯实岗位学问。 B、安排员工参与部门组织的其他培训活动，高效的沟通、如何做一名优秀收银员、应收账款的掌握标准等。 C、二期酒店投入运营后，已先期将中餐一楼收银台、客房总台搬迁过去，目前运转正常。（2）稽核工作 A、自201*.10月份开头实行营业收入、应收账款周报制度，每周例会上通报回款规划的执行状况，并汇总下周回款规划。 B、推行中厨部菜品标准食谱卡，除履行原来的菜品申
2、报程序外，要求厨房供应单个菜品的标准本钱食谱卡，做到定价有据合理。（3）仓库工作 A、依据酒店现状及营业需要，在二期酒店投入运营之后，做好地下仓库的规划，做好房间通风及货架摆放，同时对各部门领货、收货做统一标准。B、依据酒店及部门工作安排做好仲秋月饼仓管工作，保证原料、包装准时到位，月饼成品出库有序，统计翔实精确。 C、调配仓库刘少梅支援二期酒店工程及祥苑工程材料收发、保管和统计工作。（4）财务参加酒店销售状况。 A、月饼销售。除做好月饼周转流程保证月饼销售正常、有序开展，积极发动部门员工投身月饼销售，成为月饼销售的急先锋。B、圣诞销售。 （二）201*年财务工作中存在的缺乏（三）201*年规
