1、豆瓣酱烧带鱼豆瓣酱烧带鱼材料:主料:带鱼1条配料:红椒1个、尖椒1个、蒜3瓣、姜1块、八角2个、葱1根调料:六月香豆瓣酱1大勺、六月鲜酱油1汤勺、醯官醋1茶匙、料酒2茶匙、盐少许、糖适量准备:姜、蒜、尖椒、红椒切片,葱切段;做法:1.带鱼处理干净,切段,加入少许料酒;2.再加入少许盐,抓匀后腌制20分钟;3.等待的过程中调制料汁,碗中加入六月鲜酱油;4.再加入少许醯官醋和少许水;5. 加入六月香豆瓣酱;6.根据个人口味加入适量糖,充分调匀;7.锅中加入适量油,烧热后放入带鱼;8.小火煎至两面呈黄色,沥干多余油分;9.另起锅,加少许油,烧热后放入姜蒜片、八角;10.煸出香味后,倒入实现调好的料汁
