2、不便，因此传统的项目管理模式很难适应现实的生产需求。建立一种新型的项目管理系统显得十分必要。利用信息化技术开发项目管理系统，就是创造一个能有效控制项目成本，包括对人员、材料、工作任务、进度的管理，协助项目经理及时掌握项目情况、指导项目成员完成任务、辅助项目成员交流意见的项目管理系统。项目管理系统能有效地规范一个团队的日常工作，提高团队的整体工作效率，并使项目管理者合理掌握项目的当前进度，及时做出正确的决策。基于PHP的项目管理系统的设计后台使用MySQL数据库实现数据逻辑，并提出了在线项目管理系统解决方案，提出了多项目分类处理原则。结合对项目管理知识的了解，本系统实现了对于项目的基本增加、修改
3、、删除功能，实现了对于不同部门用户权限的管理；系统在Windows下开发，能满足中小企业项目管理的需求。该系统主要分为项目管理模块和用户管理模块。本系统主要实现完成如下功能：添加与删除用户，添加与删除任务，修改任务，对用户信息维护用户修改密码，管理员对人员的提拔。该文首先介绍开发的背景意义，然后给出系统的总体设计，最后介绍系统中主要功能模块的详细设计与实现。关键词：项目管理系统，数据库，web,MySQL，PHPDesignofprojectmanagementsystemAbstract In the traditional project development process, prog
