8、非常多人在面试时都认为是一个能随意糊弄过关的阶段，在预备的时候都是注重在书面或者礼仪等其他方面，事实上不然，英文介绍是一个人的综合才能的表达，不管是个人的交流才能，组织才能，逻辑才能等等，是一个人综合素养的表现，那么关于这么重要的一个环节，我们事前预备应该留意哪些呢?面试在求职过程中，能够说是压力最大的一个环节。面对外国老总连珠炮似的提咨询，假如能答复得沉着不迫、简明扼要，恰当中肯，而且符合老外的口味，那么确信会大大增加你的录用时机。事先3项预备1.对目的公司所在地、规模、在全球的活动概况等要事先有所理解，包括总公司在国内设立分公司的时间、业绩表现、运营规模，以及今后计划开展的业务等，假设能得到业界的评价更好。如无法得到书面材料，也要设法从该公司或其他同业中获得情报。2.面试时自我介绍内容应强调应征的动机以及想应征的岗位，因而搜集好相关岗位的情报，自我介绍时才能胸中有数，切合主题。3.预备好所有证书材料，譬如与专业才能相关的资历证书，或参加培训的材料，最好和应征职务有直截了当关联，不但可证明本人在这一方面所做的努力，也表示具有这个潜能。除了这些方面外，我们还要结合个人才能，实际环境，灵敏应变，在英文介绍时将本人最优秀的一面展示出来，给人留下深入妨碍，将英文介绍环节牢牢掌控在本人手中。
