1、摘 要随着机械工艺技术的不断创新,机械装备更是日新月异,各类运输机械和轧机上的滑动导轨装置逐渐被滚动导轨导辊所代替。导辊的工作条件十分恶劣,易受到输送物件的强冲击;工作时与接触物件产生的摩擦磨损与疲劳磨损;以及冷热刺激等,这些都会使导辊的表面发生锈蚀现象。长时间的锈蚀会影响导辊的表面强度,如不及时清理,会影响设备的正常工作。导辊除锈机可以对导辊表面的锈迹进行及时彻底的清理,从而保证输送机械工作的正常进行。除锈机的种类很多,其中使用范围最广的是抛丸机和酸洗机。前者机身大,结构复杂适用于大件型材。后者使用经济方便,但除锈剂为酸基物质,难以清除油脂和污垢,废液处理难,除锈效果差。本设计的主要内容是设

2、计一台结构合理,功能完整且精度满足要求的导辊除锈机。该除锈机可以对不同长度和直径的导辊完成表面除锈。除锈机床主要部件如床身,主轴箱等参照外圆磨床,主要除锈原理是使用电机带动钢丝刷对导辊表面进行打磨,来去除松动或翘起的氧化皮、铁锈、焊渣等。 关键词:导辊;除锈机床AbstractWith the machinery and technology innovation, mechanical equipment is change rapidly, all types of transport machinery and mill on a slide rail device has been r
