1、摘 要本设计是(微机主机)装配生产线,该生产线属于手工装配生产线的范畴。在我国,手工装配生产线作为一种技术含量不高的生产模式大量应用于国内各种制造业,而且在今后相当产的时间内,这种生产模式仍然将继续在国内制造业中发挥重要作用。本论文的主要涉及内容包括:生产线主传动系统的设计,工位的设计,链传动的设计等。生产线是近代自动控制领域中出现的一项新技术,它的发展是由于其积极作用正日益为人们所认识:它能部分地代替人工操作;能按照生产工艺的要求, 遵循一定的程序、时间和位置来完成工件的传送和装卸。显著地提高劳动生产率,促进了工业生产的自动化。本课题设计一种应用于(微机主机)装配生产线上,该设计的增加在一定
2、程度上改善工人工作环境,使整个生产线更人性化,更重要的是可以减少装配中操作时间提高生产效率和生产的使用率。关键词: 手工装配生产线;倍速链;传动链轮AbstractThis paper is the mainframe computer assembly production line design, the production line is the manual assembly line areas.
