No matter which出纳岗位平安工作总结2010年度，依据公司年初工作支配和部门领导要求，以现金出入平安为重心，主动推行创新工作，走严谨务实工作之路，切实履行出纳岗位职能，取得一些成果。现总结如下：一、坚持出入库为中心，努力做好现金的投放与回笼工作。1、努力做好现金投放与回工作。截止11月底止，共投放现金55.6亿元，回笼现金 75.1 亿元。确保了全市合理的现金供应，刚好回笼现金入库。2、主动调入20元券以下小票人民币及零币。全年共调入20元券以下小票及零币共计6256.9 万元，基本满意社会对小票人民币及找零
12、的需求，确保流通中人民币结构基本合理。 3、加快回笼残损人民币进度。截止11月底，共回笼各券别残损人民币1.02 亿元，进度有所加快，促进了商业银行剔破主动性，维护了流通中人民币的整齐度。二、突出平安工作为重心，确保发行库的平安。1、仔细开展发行库工作的全面检查。11月中旬，支行组织办公室、内审、营业室、保卫、发行等部门的主要负责人开展了对发行库工作的全面检查。发觉问题刚好落实措施予以整改。 2、主动开展发行库平安检查。7月份，支行组织对发行库平安的专项检查，狠抓平安措施落实。3、切实履行查库职责。严格依据规定履行查库职责，正副库主任每月查库不少于1次，部门负责人不少于3次，仔细核对发行基金，
13、检测库房各类设施与设备；从10月份起先，正副库主任查库，按规定内审、会计、保卫等部门相关人员参与。4、落实发行库工作实时和事后监督管理机制。2007年度更加严格落实发行库工作实时和事后监督管理机制，发行部门负责人绝大部分时间实行跟班的方式实行对发行库工作的监督。截止11月底止，实行实时和事后监督共110次， 其中跟班监督74次，实时监控监督26次，录像回放监督11次。5、加强库区平安管理。切实落实措施，在出入库期间关闭库区大院铁拉门，使库区达到准“三隔离”要求。 6、实行平安管理演练。10月下旬，与保卫部门联合实行发行库突发事务“歹徒侵入抢劫”演练，进一步熟识预案，提高处置突发事务的实力。三、
14、大胆开拓，主动深化创新工作，取得明显实效。（一）“堵疏结合”，大力推动非现金支付结算工作。今年以来，人行瑞安市支行一方面加强现金管理，一方面加强对非现金结算的引导，通过“一堵一疏”，大力推动非现金支付结算。各商业银行与农村合作银行主动宣扬非现金结算方式，特殊加强现代金融工具的宣扬，现金结算得到有效限制，非现金结算占比迅猛提升，辖区逐步形成了非现金结算为主，现金结算为副的良好局面。1、大力加强现金管理，为非现金支付结算营造良好环境。接着严格实施现金、帐户、本票“三位一体”的现金公约，并取得良好的效果。一是金融机构加强了现金管理，把现金管理纳入考核，严格限制不合理现金支付；二是金融机构的现金支付增
15、速得到明显限制，据统计，2007年110月，全市金融机构现金收付量为3810亿元，比上年同期仅增加了203亿元，而未实施现金公约的时候，全市金融机构的现金收付量平均每年以900亿的速度增长，现金支出限制效果明显。2、采纳多种形式，加强非现金结算宣扬。（1）、商业银行宣扬。主要的宣扬形式：电视、报纸、窗口、客户座谈等。选择电视、报纸等媒体开设金融专栏，不定期开展非现金结算普及宣扬，宣扬“三票一卡”基本学问、开展网上银行等电子银行产品专题介绍、刚好介绍影像支票系统、小额支付系统、大额支付系统、个人支票等最新金融产品；举办大型网上银行培训、推介会，邀请已开办网上银行的企业会计人员及个人客户谈心得体会
16、、银行相关人员进行网上银行终端演示，指导客户进行网上银行操作；举办银行卡推广会，大力发展POS机特约商户，增设ATM机，大部分银行开展了涮卡有奖活动，创建用卡良好环境，激励个人用卡；全部金融机构网点常年备有相关宣扬资料，以备发放或索取。主要特色服务：全部分理处以上金融机构开办本票业务，大部分金融机构开展办理本票“一站式”服务，办理本票时间比原来缩短了510分钟；全部金融机构网点建立了客户经理制，形成了客户经理与客户一对一的关系，有利于客户经理针对性的宣扬；大部分金融机构网点设立了大堂经理，供应引导服务，比如将小额提现客户引导到自助银行办理、将未预约大额提现客户引导办理本票等；大部分银行把支票、本票、银行卡转帐等业务移向低柜区，便于与客户面对面的沟通，有利于向客户推广运用支票、本票等非现金结算方式；全部支行级金融机构设立了贵宾区，向重点客户供应便利、快速的非现金结算服务。（2
