I always/ usually/ often/sometimesat weekends.这一话题贴近学生生活,易于创设真实的情境,展开教学工作。二、学情分析本课的教学对象是五年级学生。学生大多思维敏捷,充满着强烈的好奇心和求知欲,发言的积极性也高,同时兼具一定英语会话基础。因此,本课教学通过贴近实际,创设较为真实的情境,直观的活

2、动去吸引学生,激发他们的学习潜能,寓教于乐。在感知、体验和参与中获取知识,提升学生的综合语言运用能力。三 、教学目标1.知识目标:(1)能听说读visit, often ,always, sometimes, there等单词(2)能听懂、会说What do you do at weekends?及其回答I always/ usually/ often/ sometimesat weekends.2.技能目标:能熟练运用本课所学交际用语谈论自己的周末生活,区分频率副词。3.情感态度目标:引导学生科学合理地规划时间,平衡好学习与生活,培养积极向上的兴趣爱好,争做全面发展的好少年。四、教学重难点

3、:教学重点:能掌握频率副词(adverbs of frequency)always, usually, often, sometimes的正确用法。 教学难点:综合运用语言知识并灵活拓展,达到学以致用。五、教学准备:多媒体课件、教学光盘、教学卡片 六、教学过程:Step1. Greeting & Warm up 1. GreetingsLets sing a song “ We all like climbing ” 2. Free talkT: Hello, boys and girls, what day is it today?Ss: Its Wednesday. T: How many

4、 days are there in a week?Ss: There are seven.T: What are they?Ss: They are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,Friday and Saturday. T: Yes. We call Saturday and Sunday “weekends”. (讲解领读weekends) Today well learn Unit7 “At weekends”【设计意图:课前听歌跟唱营造氛围,歌曲本身和周末活动这一主题也契合,再由课前的free talk询问星期几,自然地过渡

5、到新课关于周末知识的学习。创设语言氛围,课前导入简洁明了。】Step2. Presentation and practice 1. T: Lets guess. Guess their hobbies. What does he/ she like doing? T: 用星星的多少来区分频率的高低 (PPT) alwaysusuallyoftensometimes【设计意图:能听懂并且理解频率副词的区分及正确用法是本课的重难点,其中的usually和 sometimes十分相似,难以区分,用星星的多少来区分频率的高低,是本节课的一个亮点,轻松地突破重难点。】3.
