1、2022年年级组长述职报告20_年年级组长述职报告20_年年级组长述职报告本学期的教学工作方案任务已根本完成，为了更出色地干好今后的工作，现向各位领导、老师述职如下尊敬的各位领导、老师：大家好!至今为止，我担任这个年级的组长已经2年了。在学校领导的关心和指导下，在全组老师的通力合作下，本年级组一直洋溢着和-谐的团队气氛、保持着饱满的工作热情。本学期的工作任务已根本完成，为了更出色地干好今后的工作，现向各位领导、老师述职如下，缺乏之处，请大家批评指正：一、齐心协力，众志成城，构建和-谐年级组一年来，在全组老师的共同努力下，创立了一个团结、和-谐、向上的集体。大家在合作的前提下勤奋工作，甘于奉献。
