It would illustrate the estimated costs and related business benefits asso

5、ciated with the implementation of the proposed project.The first table (Estimated Expenses) deals with the expenses that arc associated with implementing the project. An attempt was made to identify common expense items that could be encountered within a project. The table can be expanded or contrac

6、ted depending on the project (i.e. size and complexity will dictate the number of expense categories). Once the expense portion of the exhibit is completed, the Project Manager will then have the estimated budget that must be managed and reported on each month.The second table (Estimated Benefits) i

7、llustrates the benefits expected from implementing this project.The third table (Net Project Benefit) shows the net project benefit annually and cumulating.The last category (Soft Benefits) is provided to allow the inclusion of bullet items that define any intangible benefits that can be derived fro
