1、IEL和IEEE Xplore IEEE/IEE Electronic Library (IEL) 数据库提供美国电气电子工程师学会（IEEE）和英国电气工程师学会（IEE）出版的205种期刊、6500余种会议录、1480余种标准的全文信息。多数出版物提供1988年以后的全文数据，但有IEEE学会下属的13个技术学会的18种出版物可以看到更早的全文。校园网的用户均可通过连接INTERNET访问美国IEL主页，采用IP地址限定用户范围，不需要帐号和口令。电话拨号连接校园网的用户，请参见信息中心拨号连网说明。由于数据库的并发用户数限制在15个，会出现“All available online se
