1、英文原文CNC machine toolsWhilethespecificintentionandapplicationforCNCmachinesvaryfromonemachinetype toanother,allformsofCNChavecommonbenefits.Herearebutafewofthemoreimportant benefitsofferedbyCNCequipment.ThefirstbenefitofferedbyallformsofCNCmachinetoolsisimprovedautomation. The operatorinterventionrel
2、atedtoproducingworkpiecescanbereducedoreliminated.ManyCNCmachinescanrununattendedduringtheirentiremachiningcycle,freeingtheoperatortodoother tasks.ThisgivestheCNCuserseveralsidebenefitsincludingreducedoperatorfatigue,fewer mistakescausedbyhumanerror,andconsistentandpredictablemachiningtimeforeach wo
3、rkpiece.Sincethemachinewillberunningunderprogramcontrol,theskilllevelrequiredof theCNCoperator(relatedtobasicmachiningpractice)isalsoreducedascomparedtoamachinistproducingworkpieceswithconventionalmachinetools.ThesecondmajorbenefitofCNCtechnologyisconsistentandaccurateworkpieces.TodaysCNCmachinesboa
