2、很重要的。传统的图书馆图书借阅管理不但繁琐，而且管理容易出现漏洞，造成损失。为了解决以上问题，开发一个智能化、系统化、信息化的图书管理系统十分必要的。本系统的开发与设计以信息管理系统理论与软件开发的相关理论为指导，以学校图书借阅管理系统为研究对象，收集大量相关资料，从高校图书管理的现状出发，对图书管理系统的功能、构成、规划等进行了探讨。论文重点论述了高校图书馆借阅管理系统的组成与每个模块的功能。系统包括图书借阅、图书归还、图书续借、读者查询、远程检索等模块。设计高校图书馆借阅管理系统主要从模块组成、数据库连接、功能实现、应用意义等方面着手。系统中每个模块的实现都基本上脱离不了数据，所以在数据库

For resolving all the above problems , It is very necessary to develop a Intellectualized, systematic, informationalized b

15、术日新月异的进步，让我们的生活发生了巨大的变化，计算机技术的飞速发展，其强大的功能已被人们深刻认识，它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用，使各行各业在计算机技术应用方面得到了广泛的普及和使用。作为计算机应用的一部分，对图书信息进行MIS管理的时代的到来成为不可抗拒的潮流。高校图书馆借阅管理系统是一个高校不可缺少的部分，该系统的设计与开发对于高校图书馆的管理十分重要，所以高校图书馆借阅管理系统不但要为图书管理者提供充足的信息和快捷的查询手段，而且也要为用户查询提供必要和快捷的查询手段。为了缩短借阅者的等待时间，减轻工作人员的工作量，方便工作人员对它的操作，提高管理的质量和水平，做到高效智能化管理，从而达到提高图书借阅信息管理效率的目的，采用数据库技术生成的高校图书馆借阅管理系统将会极大地方便借阅者并简化图书馆管理人员和工作人员的劳动，使工作人员从繁忙、复杂的工作进入到一个简单、高效的工作中。本系统的设计与实现主要以高校图书馆借阅管理系统的开发过程为背景，全系统分为系统概述、系统规划、系统分析、系统设计以及系统的实施与维护等过程。
