2、务酒店，是基于核心服务“住宿和早餐”上，力求改进并优化其服务和经营模式的酒店，它与传统的全服务酒店的概念是不同的。经济型酒店在2000年时就已经出现在成都，当时的新时代酒店被美国马瑞卡酒店物管公司接管并且将其更名为“新时代马瑞卡酒店”。新时代马瑞卡酒店的诞生意味着经济型酒店在成都正式开幕。但经济型酒店应该从2004年开始才开始迅速发展，短短两年的时间速8，锦江之星，宜必思，如家快捷等外来品牌和本土企业品牌都相继入驻成都，成都经济型酒店已有几百家而且生意十分火爆。经济型酒店起源于19世纪50年代的美国，现今在欧美已经是非常成熟的酒店经营模式，而且经济型酒店在市场的份额比例也特别高。成都的经济型酒
3、店虽然发展比较迅速，但是由于发展时间不长，所以还处于起步阶段，在发展的过程中也出现了一些问题，比如酒店缺乏统一规范，硬件设施不达标，管理方法不到位等等缺陷，想要让经济型酒店在成都健康发展，就必要找出其问题并因地制宜地提出解决方法，所以本文旨在介绍和分析成都经济型酒店的发展现状和经营模式，以及其发展存在的问题和如何改进的方法。 【关键词】成都 经济型酒店 发展 经营 On the Mode of Development and Operations of the Economy Hotel in ChengduAbstract: This paper focuses on the mode of
4、 development and operations of economy hotel in Chengdu. Economy hotel is also called limited service hotel ，its devoted to refine on the mode of operations which based on the core service: “Breakfast and Bed”. Economy hotel is different from traditional full service hotel. Economy hotels in Chengdu
5、 appeared in 2000, at that moment, the New Times Hotel was taken over by the management company of American Marley Card Hotel and its name was officially changed as The New Area Marley Card Hotel. From that time, the local economy hotels in Chengdu started to develop. However, only from 2004, the ec
6、onomy hotels in Chengdu began to develop rapidly. There have been many international and native brands of economy hotels in Chengdu, such as Super8, Star of Jin Jiang, Anyi158, Home Inns Express and so on. The business of economy hotel in Chengdu became prosperous. Economy hotel originated in Americ
7、a in 1850s and the mode of operations has become mature in developed country. Economy hotels possessed a high proportion of market in developed country. In Chengdu, though economy hotels developed rapidly, they are still in the initial stage. Some problems such as hotels lack unified standard, hardw
8、are facilities is unqualified and so on. These problems will restrict the development of economy hotel. Therefore this paper aimed at introducing the present situation, development and the mode of operations of economy hotel in Chengdu and analyzing the problems so that we can improve them.Key word:

Economy hotel originated from America in 19th century, and the first economy hotel in China is Star of Jin Jiang. Economy hotels had a
13、lready developed in Chengdu, The development of mass tourism created a profitable condition for the development of economy hotel in Chengdu, and more international brands and local brands of economy hotel developed in succession, however, its not as mature as western countries. In western country, t
14、he proportion of economy hotel and luxury star hotel is normally 7:3 in western developed countries. And in Chengdu, economy hotels are still in the initial stage. Moreover, along with the development of development of economy hotels in Chengdu, it appears many problems, such as the aspect of develo
15、ping strategy and the operation and management, these problems will restrict the long-term development of economy hotels in Chengdu.
