2、 of safety infrastructure, while the project pany and supervision pany are the supervision and management divisions.15.8.4.2安措补助费由项目公司按比例全额拨付给施工总承包商，并做到专款专用，严禁挪作它用。15.8.4.2 The full amount of pensation fees is paid in proportion to the general contractor by the project pany. 3、sively for its designated purpose and shall not be used for any other purpose.15.8.4.3施工现场公用局部的安全设施 (包括道路、围墙、排水、标志牌等)由项目公司负责按照图册的设计要求布置；属于承包商的施工、生活、办公区域，与公用局部结合或外部的安全文明施工设施应符合图册的设计要求，承包商内部区域可结合本企业的有关要求布置。15.8.4.3 The safety infrastructure at the mon site of construction, including roads, walls, drai

The safe and civilized construction facilities in the contractors construction, living and administrative areas as well as in the regions which bine them and mon site, shall be in accordance with the design req
5、uirements of Atlas, and the inner region of the contractor can be arranged to meet the requirements of the pany.15.8.5 Measures on Civilized Construction15.8.5.1项目部成立由项目经理为主任，项目副经理、项目总工、项目部各职能部门负责人与各施工单位项目经理组成的文明施工管理委员会，对现场的文明施工工作进展领导，安全管理部部负责管理和监视，各职能部门与施工单位设文明施工管理员，具体负责各自责任区内的文明施工管理。15.8.5.1 The a
6、dministrative mittee of civilized construction, established by the project department is posed of the project manager who acts as Director, deputy manager, chief engineer, persons in charge of functional departments and the managers of construction divisions. This mittee leads the civilized work to
7、be done on construction site, the security administrative department is in charge of administration and supervision and the functional departments as well as construction divisions appoint administrators of civilized construction to be responsible for administration of civilized construction in thei
8、r own districts.15.8.5.2在工程施工期间，项目部将 以下方面作为文明施工的重点，加强管理。15.8.5.2 During construction, the project department attaches great importance to the following administrations of civilized construction.1现场道路管理。对现场施工X围内的主干路进展管理和养护，设专人进展现场道路的清扫，保证道路的整洁。干旱季节设置洒水车洒水，防止扬尘。严禁在道路上存放材料物品，保证现场道路的畅通。1) Administration
9、 of site roads. Administrate and maintain the trunk roads on construction site. Specific persons are in charge of road cleaning to ensure their tidiness. In dry seasons, sprinklers are sent to sprinkle water on the road to lay the dust. Materials and items are forbidden on the roads to make them cle
10、ar.2设备材料管理。根据工程进展需要，进入锅炉、主厂房等主要施工区域的设备、材料，随进随用，存放时间不许超过三天，并保证不影响施工和通行，实行进场审批制度。设备堆放、材料摆放整齐规格，作好标识。大型设备的存放经主管副总工程师批准。2) Administration of equipment and materials. As required by the project progress, the equipment and materials used in some main construction site like boilers and main machine buildin
11、gs shall be brought in when needed and shall not be stored in these places for more than three days. They are not allowed to affect construction and traffic and shall be restricted by the authorizing system. The piling up of equipment and arranging of materials shall have orderly specifications and
12、clear marks. The storage of large equipment shall be approved by the assistant chief engineer.3施工用电管理。加强施工用电管理，电源设备的布置、线路的走向、配电箱的设置要符合施工组织设计，严格遵守建设部JGJ46-2005施工现场临时用电安全技术规X，采用集装箱式变压器并使电缆直埋，从变压器到用电场地采用统一的配电盘，并标识该盘的功率，以保证用电的合理和安全。从配电盘到用户中间加统一的配电箱，以便使主缆、次主缆、次缆在主厂房、锅炉间与施工密集的区域统一排列，并不在地面出现。配电盘、电焊机集装箱要求盘箱
13、内外整洁，外壳接地良好，门轴转动灵活；电源开关柜或配电箱、插座箱采用封闭式，设专人负责管理。3Administration of power supply for construction. Reinforce the administration of power supply for construction, that is, the arrangement of power plant, the network planning and the installment of the distribution cabinet shall meet the design requireme
14、nts and organization of construction. The JGJ46-2005 Technical specification for temporary electrical safety of construction Site by Ministry of Construction shall be strictly observed. Make sure that container transformers are employed, that cables are directly buried and that uniform distributors
15、whose power shall be marked to ensure reasonability and safety of electricity, are used in transformers as well as on construction site where electricity is needed. Uniform distribution cabinets are needed by distributors and users to guarantee unified arrangement of main cables, sub-main-cables and
16、 sub-cables in the main machine building, boilers and intensive construction areas instead of appearing on the ground. Make sure that in as well as out of distributors and welder containers, tidiness is required and that the shell is well grounded, the pivot can be rotated flexibly.
