6、服务，如涉及物流方案、进行产品的再加工等。西方国家的物流业实证分析表明，独立的第三方物流至少占社会的50%，物流产业才能形成，所以第三方物流的发展程度反映和体现着一个国家物流发展的整体水平。制造企业的蓬勃发展，离不开第三方物流的个性服务，制造企业制造的产品都会产生物流，而第三方物流恰是为制造企业提供这样的平台，而且第三方物流能够为制造企业节约很多成本。由此，从制造企业第三方物流所处的行业出发，在参读大量国内外文献的基础上，分析了制造企业第三方物流满意度的影响因素，提出了第三方物流企业的满意度的评估指标体系，建立了基于模糊综合分析法的制造企业第三方物流满意度评估模型,这有助于我国物流企业看清自身
