1、苏州永新置地有限公司文昌花园住宅工程三标段砂石垫层施工方案施工单位：吴江梅堰建筑工程有限公司监理单位：苏州相城监理编制： 日期：_审核： 日期：_基础砂石垫层施工方案一、 工程概况 工程名称：文昌花园住宅工程三标段 建设单位：苏州永新置地有限公司 施工单位：吴江梅堰建筑工程有限公司 监理单位：苏州相城建设监理有限公司本工程位于文昌路与兴贤路交叉口，框架剪力墙结构。总建筑面积12307.29m2。其中13#楼、14#楼为地上9层加半地下室、3#车库为地下室类型。 二、施工准备1、技术准备1.1、河道内的於土全部挖除，砂石垫层下的基土层按设计要求施工并验收合格。1.2、砂石选用天然级配材料，颗粒级
2、配良好。砂石比例为1：1，并搅拌均匀，铺设时不应有粗细颗粒分离现象。1.3、根据设计要求每层踏步高度差为500mm，宽度为1000mm，每次铺设250 mm，每层铺设500 mm。 2、材料要求2.1、砂、石在进场使用前必须经相应的检测机构进行复试，复试合格后方可使用。2.2、宜采用质地坚硬的中粗砂、碎（卵）石。2.3、级配砂石材料中不得含有有机杂物，碎石或卵石最大粒径不得大于垫层或厚度的2/3，并不大于50mm.3、主要机具设备3.1、根据砂石和施工条件，应合理选用适当的摊铺、平整、碾压、夯实机具设备和辅助用具，以能达到设计要求为基本原则，兼顾进度、经济要求。3.2、使用的机具设备有：大型挖
3、土机、自卸汽车、翻斗车、手推车、平板振动机、铁锹、水泵、钢卷尺等。4、作业条件4.1、每铺设一层砂石前应对所覆盖的工程进行检测验收，合格后方可进行下一道工序的施工。4.2施工前，应做好水平标志，以控制铺设的高度和厚度，可采用立桩、竖尺、弹线等方法。4.3、使用大型机械和汽车时，应事先确定好行走路线、装卸料场地、转运场地等。4.4、对所有作业人员进行技术交底，特殊工种持证上岗。4.5、作业时的环境如天气、温度、湿度等状况应满足施工质量可达到标准的要求。4.6、当地下水位高于基底时，施工前应采取排水或降低地下水位的措施，使地下水位保持在基底以下。三、施工工艺1、工艺流程砂石坚检测技术交底准备机具设
4、备清理基底分层铺设砂石垫层分层夯实检验密实度修整找平验收2、操作工艺2.1、回填前应将基底地坪上的杂物、浮土清理干净。2.2、检测砂石料的质量：有无杂质、粒径是否符合要求、含水量是否在控制的范围之内、级配是否符合要求。2.3、铺筑砂石应分层摊铺，每次铺设厚度应控制在200mm300mm，每次摊铺之后，先用挖土机进行碾压，后用平板振动机进行夯实。每次铺设500 mm高左右。经检测（灌砂试验）合格后进行上一层砂石的铺设。2.4、砂石施工时应适当控制含水量，应在夯实碾压前根据其干湿程度和气候条件，控制砂石的最佳含水量，含水量一般为810。2.5、每层的夯压遍数根据压实实验确定。作业时应严格按照实验所
5、确定的参数进行。打夯不少于3遍，应一夯压半夯，夯夯相接，行行相连，纵横交叉。采用挖土机往复碾压不应少于4遍，轮距搭接不小于30 mm，边缘和转角应用平板振动机进行补夯密实。2.6、砂石垫层分段施工时接搓应做成斜坡，每层接搓处的水平距离应错开0.51.0m,并充分压实。2.7、施工时应分层找平、夯压密实。下层合格后方可进行上层施工。砂石垫层的压实系数经灌砂试验应符合设计要求。2.8、砂石垫层全部完成后，应进行表面拉线找平，凡超过标准高程的地方及时依线铲平；凡低于标准高程的地方应补砂石夯实。四、质量标准1、主控项目1.1砂石料经复试必须符合要求。1.2砂石垫层应均匀密实，压实系数应符合设计要求。2
6、、基本项目2.1、砂石垫层表面的允许偏差应符合GB502092002中表的规定。2.2、砂石级配必须正确并搅拌均匀，铺设厚度符合要求。五、注意事项1、砂石垫层下土层不应被扰动。一旦扰动后必须清除。2、作业应连续进行，尽快完成。3、应注意控制砂石级配、铺设厚度、夯压遍数等施工控制要点，严格按施工工艺要求和技术交底作业。4、凡检验不合格的部位，均应返工纠正，并制定纠正措施，防止再次发生。六、成品保护1、施工时应注意对定位定高的标准桩、尺、线的保护，不得触动、移位。2、对所覆盖的隐蔽工程要有可靠的保护措施，不得因填土夯压造成破坏或降低强度等级。3、砂石垫层完工后应进行覆盖和拦挡，避免受到侵害；如果较
