3、tariesthemselves.ScopeofBusinessNotarizecivillegalactssuchascontracts,trusts,wills,gifts,divisionofproperty,andadoptionofchildren;Notarizefactsthatamounttocivillegalactssuchasbirth,death,marriage,divorce,kinship,identity,degree,andexperience;Notarizedocumentsthatamounttocivillegalactssuchasauthentic
4、ityofsignaturesandsealsoncertificates,consistencyofcopiesofcertificates,excerpts,translationsandphotocopieswiththeoriginals;Notarizetheenforceabilityofcreditordocumentssuchasrepaymentagreementsandcontractsonrecoveryofdebts;Auxiliarybusiness,suchaspreservationofevidence,maintenanceofwillsorotherdocum
5、ents,draftingnotarydocumentsonbehalfofclients,notarizingtheopeningoflotterydraws,etc.ValidityofContractsNotarizeddocumentsaregoodforthefollowingfourpurposes:,Legalacts,legalfactsanddocumentsthathavebeennotarizedthroughlegalproceduresshouldberegardedasabasisforestablishingfacts,exceptwhereopposingevi

8、plicanttogotothepublicnotaryofficeinperson,citizensorlegalpersonscationandana,letterofauthorization,documentstobenotarized,epttheapplicationornotuponreceiptofapplicationdocuments.Animportantlinkinnotarization,publicnotariesshouldcarefullyreviewthenumberofapplicants,identity,qualifications,capability
9、ofcivilacts,factsordocumentstobenotarizedaretrueandlegal,whetherthedocumentstobenotarizedarecomplete,whetherthewordingisaccurate,andwhetherthesignatureorsealiscomplete.Publicnotariesshouldproduceapublicnotarycertificateforqualifiedapplicants.Theserefertoproceduresrequiredforspecialtypesofpublicnotar
