2、点是让学生学会如何来描述人物，并通过阅读John Snow 来了解他是如何战胜霍乱的。根据文章让学生了解有关霍乱的知识。本专题单元可以划分为三个专题：专题一：Describing people专题二：Comprehending专题三：Reading for fun专题一通过几个句型来描述人物eg: What special features does she or he have?通过对霍乱的描述进一步了解约翰斯诺这个人物。专题二通过讲述哥白尼是如何发现太阳中心学说的，帮助学生理解文章主旨大意，并会寻求解决问题的方法，同时提高阐明自己观点的能力。专题三拓展阅读，让学生掌握一些阅读技巧。主要学习
