14、enaltiesmaybemutuallyagreedup0n.不符合规格:如果买家在矿石发送之后才意识到误差，买卖双方可以商量处罚方式。CLAUSE7:PERFORMANCEBONDAnOperativePerformancebondGuaranteewillbeestablishedbytheSellersbankwithinSeven(7)bankingdaysafterSellersreceiptofL/CfromtheBuyersbank.ThisPerformanceBondwillcover2.00%ofthetotalamountofLCamount.Thecontractbe
