4、isstrengthened.Inordertodeeplystudytheinfluenceofeconomicenvironmentontechnologicalinnovation,Thispaperintroducesthetheoryofinducedtechnologicalinnovationandthetheoryof“thePorterhypothesisabouttheelementsandtheenvironment.Inrecentyears,domesticandforeignscholarsbasedondifferentregions,differentindus
5、triessetoffthetheoryofinducedtechnologyinnovationand“wavehypothesisresearchwave.HayleyandRuttan1970,startingfromthedomesticandJapanesefactorsofproductionfactors,revealthatunderthedifferentconstraintsofresources,theagriculturalmarketfactorpricesrisetoinducetherelevantenterprisestocarryouttechnologica
6、linnovationanddevelopment,confirmingtheinducedinnovationtheory.ShenNeng2020builttheenterprisegovernanceenvironmenttechnologyinnovationandusingthepanelthresholdmodeltoprovethattheyarenotasimplelinearrelationshipbutthereisa“Utyperelationship.Insummary,althoughtheinducedinnovationtheoryandthe“Porterhyp
7、othesisareconfirmedindifferenteconomiesathomeandabroad,butthecross-effectsofthetwoliteratureisstillrelativelysmall,tofillthisgap,thispaperbasedonchangesinoilpricesandEnvironmentalregulationontheroleoftechnologicalinnovationinenterprisestoconductempiricalanalysisandresearch.2.Theempiricalresultsandan
8、alysisInordertofurtherstudytherelationshipbetweenenvironmentalregulationandenterprisetechnologicalinnovationfromtheperspectiveofinstitutionalenvironment,withreferencetothesuper-logarithmicmodeltestofNghiepapplication,thesquareofenvironmentalregulationisaddedtothemodeltest.Inaddition,fortheweakeningo
9、ftheheteroscedryinterference,inadditiontothevalueofthevariableothervariablesaretakenlogarithm.endprintInordertoavoidthestabilityofthemodel,theclusteringStandarderroradjustmentofthepaneldatamethodforempiricaltesting.Atthesametime,inordertocomparewiththeclusteringrobuststandarderrormethod,wealsogiveac
10、omprehensivetreatmentmethodtocorrecttheheteroskedasticityandautocorrelationandtheregressionresultsofthecorrelationproblemofthegroup.Thegeneralizedleastsquaresmethod,inaddition,themodelHausmantestpvalueof0.004,acceptthefixedeffectmodel.Inaddition,thispaperreferstothesystemGMMtestmodelproposedbyBlunde
11、llandBondtoreducetheerrorscausedbythemissingvariables.TheregressionresultsofthesystemGMMshowthattheregressioncharacteristicsofthecoreexplanatoryvariablesarenotchangedandthemodelisrobust.Table1showstheresultsoftheoverallregression.Models1-3areregressionmethodsthatuseclusteringcriteriatoincrementallya
12、ddvariables.Themodel4usesthegeneralizedleastsquaresmethod,andthemodel5isthefixedeffectmodel.Sincethefixedeffectmodelismoreefficient,wemainlydescribethemodel5.Inthemodel5,theregressionparameterofthevariablelnEPis0.198,andthroughthesignificancetest,theoilpriceincreaseleadstotheverificationofthetechnol
13、ogicalinnovationactivities.Inthemodel3tothemodel5,thefirst-orderregressionparameteroftheenvironmentalregulationandthequadraticregressionparameterareopposite.Comparingthemodel2andthemodel3,theeffectofoilpricechangesontheRDinputisnotsignificantwhenthesquareoftheenvironmentalregulationisremoved.Theseco
14、nclusionsshowthatonlywhentheenvironmentalregulationisgreaterthanoneorseveralspecificthresholds,ItwillpromotetheenterpriseRDinvestment,thatis,withthelevelofenvironmentalregulation,environmentalregulationontheenterprisetechnologicalinnovationafterthefirstsuppressionoftheimpactofthepromotion,theyshowth
15、e“Utyperelationship.Amongtheothercontrolvariables,theregressionresultsofenterprisescalevariablesareoppositetotheexpectedassumptions.TheresultsoftheenterprisescalewillinhibittheRDinputoftheenterprise,Thismaybebecausethesizeofenterprisesontheenterprisetechnologyinnovationtopromotetheimpactofthefirstto
16、promotepost-suppression.Theyshowtheinverted“Utyperelationship.endprint3.ConclusionsandpolicyrecommendationsIngeneral,thetheoryofoilpricechangeinducedtechnologyinnovationandthe“Porterhypothesishavebeenconfirmednationwide.Inaddition,aseriesofcontrolvariables,includingeconomicdevelopment,marketprocess,humancapitalknowledgelevel,degreeofindustrializationandenterprisescale,areinlinewithexpectations.Itisfoundthatthecontrolvariableinaddition
