5、or secondgrade both sides work respectively to the duty in undertake the correlation responsibility and the duty , enjoys the correlation the right.二、质量保证 /Quality management :双方必须认真操作。 保证质量，做好前后环节的衔接，避免出错，以优质的服务做好每一个出境团队（或散客）的接待工作.双方应当就出境旅游的行程、标准、购物等情况向客人做如实陈述，不做虚假、误导性的书面或口头宣传。乙方应当本着谨慎、周到的原则，按照甲乙双方

10、日程安排为游客提供服务，如甲方操作失误造成游客行程延误、更改、取消所产生的经济损失由甲方承担，除人力不可抗拒因素外，如乙方未 按约定的标准和日程向游客提供服务，应当为游客提供补偿服务或将低于服务标准的费用差额退还甲方（或在甲 方许可的情况下直接退还给游客）The mutual consent to leaves country the team traveling schedule expense confirmation take the facsimile as the basis , both sides provides the service according to the agr
