4、:_转运：Transshipment _:第七条 包装Article 7 Packing所供货物必须由卖方妥善包装，适合远洋及长途陆路运输，防潮、防湿、防震、防锈、耐野蛮装卸，以确保货物不致由上述原因受损，使之完好安全到达安装或建筑工地。任何由于包装不善所致任何损失均由卖方负担。The Seller shall arrange appropriate packing suitable for long-distance ocean and land transportation and make sure the Commodities well protected against tide,
5、 moisture, shock, rust and improper movement as well as assure the Commodities arrive the place of installation or construction safely. The Seller shall be liable for any damage resulted by the improper packing. 第八条 唛头Article 8 Marks卖方必须用不褪色油漆于每一包装箱上印刷包装编号、尺码、毛重、净重、提吊位置、“此端向上”、“小心轻放”、“保持干燥”等字样及下列唛头：
6、The Seller shall mark on each package with fadeless paint the package number, measurement, gross weight, net weight, position to carry, the wordings “THIS SIDE UP”, “HANDLE WITH CARE”, “KEEP AWAY FROM MOISTURE”, etc., and shipping mark as follows: 第九条 保险Article 9 Insurance由卖方出资按110发票金额投保。To be cover
7、ed by the Seller for 110% of the invoice value 第十条 付款条件Article 10 Payment1.买方在装运期前30天，通过_银行开立由买方支付以卖方为受益人的不可撤消信用证，其金额为合同总值的_，计_。该信用证在_ 银行收到下列单证并核对无误后承付(在分运情况下，则按分运比例承付)。1. Three copies of Quality Certificate issued by the manufacturer and signed by the Seller.已交付全套技术文件的确认书一式两份。 e. Two copies o
11、f delivery confirmation of all technical documents.装运后即刻发给买方的已装运通知电报电传附本一份。 f. One copy of telegraph or telex of loading notice promptly sent to the Buyer after shipment. .全套按发票金额110投保_ 的保险费。 g. 110% invoice value insurance policy covering _risk.2.卖方在装运后10天内，须航空邮寄三套上述文件(除外)一份寄给买方，两份寄目的港_运输公司。2.The S
