13、4237不锈钢热轧钢板13HG/T21554.2-95不锈钢矩鞍环填料三、 塔内件的安装一、规整填料安装要求 1、填料支承栅板安装合格后开始安装规整填料。首先核准该段填料层的填料型号、箱号，按盘号顺序整箱吊入塔内。 2、依据管口方位图（或剖视图）在塔内标出四个方位，并且画出标高。第一盘规整填料板片方向与填料支承栅板主筋板成45角，填料层中相邻两盘填料板片相互交错90；最上层的填料板片与位于槽盘式气液分布器下面的填料压圈栅条成90或者45角。 3、各盘填料需要依据填料配置图所示的箱号顺序吊入塔节内，并且按照填料分块图组装成盘，先进行确认，履行签字验收手续；并制作等直径钢制铁环先在塔外开箱，按分块
14、图复盘，再顺序吊入塔内组盘。每盘填料的安装起始点应该按塔内标好的方位顺序旋转进行。其它塔内件也必须在塔外预组装，确认无误。 4、每盘填料的安装方式采用由一端到另外一端的顺序安装法。前半圆的填料条块先按相邻条块挨紧放置，左右两边缘与塔壁暂时留有较大间隙，当装到半盘时，检查填料是否恰好到塔中心，如果超过塔中心，应该用推紧板推紧，以便于下半盘填料安装。装完最后一块填料后，先用调整板调整填料的松紧度，过松时补片，过紧时撤片；再用铁锹调整两条块之间的间隙。调整的原则是：确保填料盘弧型端面与塔壁贴紧（越紧越好），把间隙留在中间。当间隙过大时，用手砂轮切下相应宽度的填料片，塞入间隙中。最后，用粉线或者水平尺
15、检查填料盘的水平度，要求水平度小于6毫米，凸起部分用圆拍板拍平。 5、每装完两盘填料之后，使用点焊机点焊一周高效防壁流圈，焊点间距以保证高效防壁流圈贴紧塔壁为原则。 6、在吊装和开箱过程中，应该注意保护筐内或箱内，以及筐或箱下面的填料，不得损坏或变形。待该段填料压圈安装完毕之后，应该在上面先铺一层金属薄板，然后加盖石棉布，以防止电焊施工时，焊渣落入填料层中起火和脏物进入填料层中。待适当时候将异物清除后，再把石棉布和金属薄板撤出塔外。 7、填料安装过程中应该逐盘验收。监理部门或联合验收小组应该逐盘验收并签字，并可随时检查验收。主要检查材料的材质、规格型号、填料盘的松紧度、间隙大小、表面平整度及水平度、装填高度、相对位置、防壁流圈的贴紧度。二、填料支撑装置（支座、钢梁、支撑圈、支撑板）的安装要求 1、核准方位，确定钢梁的轴向定位尺寸，用U型管水平仪反好水平线，并且用划针划好一圈。按方位分好梁的间距。向下反好支座上表面的定位尺寸，先将防变形板点好，然后再将支座点好。焊接支座时应该注意防变形，以确保支座的水平度。注意，支座衬板应该与塔本体焊牢。各支撑梁就位后，调整其水平度和平行度，各梁上端面的水平度应该小于2.0mm。 2、按水平圆周线焊接支撑圈及筋板。焊接应该严格按图纸设计要求行事，必须保证焊脚高度。支撑梁的上端面与支撑圈应该在同
