2、顺畅，财务费用管理系统信息系统先进发达，并与企业内部运作和相关业务系统有机衔接、高度融合，财务信息的综合利用水平得到极大的提高。针对企业财务信息化管理的现状以及实际应用中碰到的问题和需求，并结合工作流技术，从以下几个方面对所做出的工作进行论述和说明。首先探讨了企业财务费用管理系统发展现状和存在的问题，阐明了本系统开发的意义和研究的内容。然后从企业财务的业务流程和调研结果考虑，对本次开发的财务信息化软件系统从整体上进行需求分析，确定整个系统的设计原则、设计思想。在此基础上结合WEB技术及企业财务费用管理系统部分的功能特点和实际要求，详细的设计了企业财务费用管理系统部分的开发方案，对系统和数据库进
3、行详细完善的架构设计，保证了系统整体的实用性和稳定性。通过研究现有的业务流程基础之上，总结了现在企业所用的财务费用管理系统的技术不足，结合当前企业财务业务的具体需求，采用改进的工作流构件技术和网络服务器并发技术，详细设计开发了一套集后台财务数据库可视化管理、财务业务工作流构件、并发网络服务及完成端口、工作流数据服务管理、前台XML及Web搭建等技术于一体的一整套企业财务信息管理系统，满足了企业财务费用管理系统的需求。关键词：财务费用管理系统 工作流技术 B/S架构AbstractWith the continuous development of social science and tech

13、，将之用于财务费用管理，可以提高单位财务办公效率。本章从研究背景、目的意义等方面着手，对本文对研究内容做了一个整体的概述，以明确开发的方向。1.1 课题研究背景财务费用管理系统作为企业管理的组成部分，与经济价值或财富的保值增值有关，企业生存、发展、获利的总目标离不开财务的筹资、投资以及对资金的运用管理。另一方面，财务费用管理系统在企业管理中处于一个核心地位，财务费用管理系统目标将从根本上反映企业的总目标。电算化会计的产生，大大提高了对会计信息的处理效率，改变了传统的手工操作所带来的时间和空间的大量耗费，同时在查找监督管理上有了很大的改善，所以一个合理的财务费用管理系统对企业的长远发展有重要的意
14、义。在完成财务核算平台建设的基础上，财务信息化工作正在向财务费用管理系统纵深方向发展。还款报销业务作为企业财务费用管理系统的前端，直接与业务信息接触，提高还款报销业务的信息化水平具有覆盖面广、流程明确、易于推广等特点。此外企业已经实现了CA认证以及网上公文处理系统已经上线，因此具备了实施财务费用管理系统的技术基础和应用基础。财务费用管理系统作为信息收集平台，实现了报销流程的标准化，规范了填单要求、审批流程，并且与账务核算系统、预算管理系统和网上银行系统紧密集成，实现了报销信息的及时反映和所有费用支出数据的收集和规范，完成了数据的共享和集成。通过财务费用管理系统，能够使经费预算从业务发起时就得到
15、控制，加强了预算的控制手段，使预算管理工作落到实处，并能够利用实时统计和数据分析为各级决策人员提供详细的费用支出明细和预算执行情况1-3。1.2 研究目的和意义打造信息化财务，努力实现财务信息的数字化采集、网络化传输、动态化处理，确保财务业务实现精确保障、精细管理和实时监控4-6。信息化财务要求财务信息资源极大丰富，信息传递高度顺畅，财务费用管理系统信息系统先进发达，并与企业内部运作和相关业务系统有机衔接、高度融合，财务信息的综合利用水平得到极大的提高。其意义主要表现在几个方面：（1）为供应保障提供技术支撑：随着现代信息技术的发展和在国家财政金融领域的广泛运用，企业财务信息化的领域也不断拓展，为搞好供应保障提供了便捷、高效的手段，对于提升财务保障效能发挥着越来越重要的作用7-9。从平时经费供应保障看，采用先进的信息化手段，大大加快了资金划转速度，缩短了经费在途时间，同时方便了经费开支结算10-12。从企业日常经费供应保障看，由于
