12、职责任职要求 设备成本岗位职责 职责描述: 1、建立公司机电设备成本管理体系，组织制定成本管理及合约管理相关管理制度、流程，实现公司成本管理及合约管理的规范化运作;帮助总经理负责公司成本目标管理、过程管理和预结算标准化体系建设工作，组织建立及完善部门各项制度和流程; 2、负责依据本系统工作安排编制成本合约管理年度、季度、月度工作安排，并保证安排按时完成; 3、根据集团经营利润目标要求，帮助管控，保障整体利润目标的实现; 3、督导、审核各分公司的目标成本编制，审核各分公司工程成本限制目标，并对目标完成状况进行动态跟踪; 4、负责标准成本的指定工作，帮助规划设计中心编制建立标准，并组织定期维护、扩
13、充、更新; 5、负责合约管理工作;审核各项目工程结算，考核各项目工程成本目标。 任职要求: 1、高校本科及以上学历，工程造价、房地产、工程管理类相关专业; 2、5年以上房地产行业成本管控阅历，3年以上同岗位工作阅历; 3、熟识国家、地区、房地产行业成本管理的相关政策法规、规范等; 4、驾驭房地产行业成本管理专业学问; 5、具有较强的沟通技巧及协调实力，具备良好的职业道德、较强的学习实力、剧烈的责任心与团队合作精神。 机电成本岗位职责 成本工程师(机电安装造价) 上海申亚投资控股(集团)有限公司 上海申亚投资控股(集团)有限公司,申亚 职责描述: 1、帮助成本经理目标成本编制(限制性预算) 2、
