1、1. instead of是个短语介词。in stead of的意思是 代替 ”、 而不 ”，在语言的实际运用中，in stead of功能与连词十分相似,现归纳如 下：1、 跟名词：I give him advice in stead of mon ey.给了他忠告而没有给他钱。2、 跟代词： Will you go to the party in stead of me? 你代我去赴宴，好吗？3、 跟形容词：Thi ngs are now better in stead of worse. 情况不是更坏，而是 更好了。4、跟副词：He walks slowly in stead of qu
