2、rostatic testing should be performed in accordance with ASME B31.3. 管线水压试验依照ASME B31.3。1.1.1 All fabrication/repair have been completed, except for operations which could not be performed prior to the pressure test such as cosmetic grinding on the base material which does not affect the required thi

If the indicating
4、gage is not readily visible to the operator controlling the pressure applied, an additional indicating gage shall be provided where it will be visible to the operator throughout the duration of the test.显示试验数据的压力表需和管线直接连接， 且位置不影响相关人员直接读数。1.2.2 Dial indicating pressure gages used in testing shall be
5、graduated over a range of about double the intended maximum test pressure, but in no case shall the range be less than 1-1/2 nor more than 4 times that pressure.亥 U度表盘压力表的使用应满 足量程为超出试验压力的2倍为宜，但绝不允许少于1.5倍或大于4倍。1.2.3 Gages shall be recalibrated at any time that there is reason to question the effectiv

It is also acceptable to use the seawater 讦 it is available for the offshore engineering projects and trusted that it is not harmful to the Vessel to be tested.通常，

8、is to be tested so as to purge possible air pockets while the piping is filling with water. 排气孔安置在管线摆放最高点以装水时排清管线内的空气。2.2 The check area outside the piping shall be cleaned, and free of oil, grease, paint and other foreign material that could affect the test. The test surface shall be dried.管线2.3 Be
9、fore applying pressure, the test equipment shall be examined to see that it is tight,and that all pipelines and other appurtenances connected with that should not be subjected to the test pressure, have been disconnected by proper measures.施压 前，检查施压设备是否严密，其连接的和试压无关的所有管路和其他附属物 应确保适当的方式分离。2.4 Before a
10、pplying pressure, the temperature of the medium and the wall of the pipingshall be measured by thermometer. The Test Pressure shall not be applied until the two temperatures is approximately equal .施压前，介质和管壁的温度需要测量， 两者超过两度停止试压。2.5 The temperature of the medium (liquid) shall be maintained at least 6
11、0oF(15.6oC)above the minimum design metal temperature (MDMT) of the piping. 12、项。3.0 Hydrostatic test of pipeline 管线水压试验3.1 Before the hydrostatic testing of piping, a test package should be Prepared, and the test package should consist of:水压试验前，如下文件将会作为测试包提供：- The system to be hydrostatic tested with P&I D/Isometric drawings indicate the test limit, pressure inlet and vent po
13、int to be provided.测试件的 PID 图或 ISO 图，其图应指出测试压力，压力入口，排气孔位置。- Line check with punch list reflect the outstanding items to be installed/replaced during reinstatement/after hydrostatic testing.管线核查事项列表明细被安装 项，暂时替用项，已完成水压试验项等。- NDT clearance.NDT 完成.3.2 Test pressures and test medium shall be listed on th
14、e piping isometrics and line list.测 试压力和介质应表明在管线ISO图中或管线列表中。3.3 If Otherwise Indicated, The test pressure holding time should be 30 minutes. 若无其 他要求测试保压时间为30分钟。4.0Test Requirements 检验要求4.1 All piping shall be visually inspection prior to leak testing.试验前所有管线将被外 观检验。4.2 The pressure shall be graduall
15、y increased to Design Pressure， and Test Pressure. A5-minute holding time is required for pressure stabilization until reaching therequired test pressure. Any leaks and other problems found shall be marked and recorded and repair work shall be done after de-pressured to zero. 逐渐升压至设计 压力测试压力，升至测试压力后应
16、保持5分钟稳定性，任何泄露或其他问题应 标记和记录并修补当压力泄至无。4.3 After inspection, the vessel shall be dried and cleaned thoroughly. The internal inspection shall be conducted to see the possible damage to the internals .检验完成， 管线内部应被清理吹干5.0 Reporting 报告On completion of the test, The QC Inspector shall fill in and sign on the Pressure Test/Leak Testing Report.试验结束，检验员应填写压力/泄露试验报告提交至业主或授权方审批。6.0Report Form 报告表格
