1、拼合原理在药物设计中的应用 张青(西南交通大学生命科学与工程学院，四川 成都610031)摘要：随着药物合成在当今时代的高速发展，拼合原理在药物设计和结构修饰中的作用变 得越来越重要。本文旨在根据糖尿病联合用药的趋势，查阅相关的文献进行整理、分析、归 类，提出利用拼合原理，将适宜的中西药分子经共价键结合制成挛药。且结合中西药优势， 获得毒副作用小、药理效应相加的降血糖新药。此应用设想即为联合用药开辟一条新的思路， 又可体现联合用药新的发展趋势。关键词：结构修饰；药物设计；糖尿病；拼合原理The application of combination principle in medicine d
