2、新并将新的资质材料复印件交酒店方备案。 四、所供货品的包装应符合国家有关法律法规的规定，对于原材料产地、用途、使用方法、规格、质量、保质期、生产日期等与商品使用属性紧密相关的内容必须有清晰的标示与记录。 五、运输过程保证食品的质量卫生安全，到店送货的交通工具按照指定的场所停放。 六、严格遵守现场验货的原则，同时对当天应急的需求及时补货。 七、我方保证提供货品的价格应公平合理，不能高于同行业中产品的售价，否则一经查出，按照酒店方要求进行处罚。 八、酒店方因货品质量问题进行投诉，我方会在1小时内达到，并与酒店方协商拿出妥善解决方案，如确属我方的责任，我方承担全部责任和费用。 九、本产品质量保证书自
